The decoration of the hotel was simply exquisite. The attention to detail in every corner of the hotel was remarkable, bringing a touch of warmth and elegance to the atmosphere. The general areas were beautifully adorned with soft, pastel colors and elegant shades, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff made every effort to ensure that I had a comfortable stay, assisting me whenever needed and ensuring that I could easily navigate the premises.

If I were to suggest one improvement for senior vacationers, it would be the need for clearer communication with the staff. While the children working there were friendly and helpful, there were a few instances where the communication between the reception and the other areas of the hotel fell short.

I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel location was convenient and close to the ski lift, but it was not truly a ski in/ski out as advertised, as we had to wait for a van to drive us to the main area to get on the ski lift. During my recent Christmas trip, I had an exceptional experience at a hotel. I particularly enjoyed the friendly and welcoming staff who provided great facilities and a wonderful spa. The food was fresh and delicious, and I was able to indulge in a relaxing massage and manicure. the location was in close proximity to the slopes and town, providing us with easy access to skiing expeditions and local restaurants.

One downside of my experience was the communication between reception and the restaurants. we paid for ski-in/ski-out access, but the transportation provided was not as advertised.
